Our Classes can be designed to fit your school’s needs. Before, during or after school classes are available. Dance styles can include Hip Hop, Jazz Funk, & Musical Theater. Contracts always conclude with a performance for family & friends.

We had Fitness Results Dance at Lincoln Elementary recently and our students loved the program. Ms. Risa was amazing and so were her instructors that came to Lincoln every week to teach hip hop dance. We also loved that Fitness Results Dance was inclusive to our SPED students at Lincoln.
Our students showed so much enthusiasm and growth in this dance after school program. They looked forward to the after school club every week. They even had a chance to showcase their skills for their parents and family members. It was a huge hit!

Our students at Howard Elementary were enthralled by the opportunity to participate in the Hip Hop dance clubs led by the Fitness Results Team.
The energy and the enthusiasm they’ve brought to each session was truly remarkable to witness. It’s been a joy to see our students engage with the art of dance, embracing new movements, and rhythms with such enthusiasm.
